Stress Management Consulting:
I work with businesses, teams, first responders, military and individuals to optimize performance and build resilience to stress through a science-based approach using the HeartMath Institutes tools and technologies as a foundation. I also use stress assessment tools for both individuals and teams/groups/corporations to assess the improvements made to stress resilience as a result of these interventions.
Stress management consulting services can be offered to individual clients or teams and groups. Individual follow-up sessions are also offered for group sessions to facilitate long-term benefits of the training. Services can be in person or online.
Advanced hypnosis will allow the client to systematically analyze and understand their past and how it affects their thoughts and behaviours today. It is a structured approach that uses the progressive calming and focusing of the mind to help you get to the core of what is causing the issue so that you can ultimately overcome your unwanted beliefs or behaviours.
Some of the many issues that can be improved are:
Unhealthy relationships with food;
Fears, phobias and worry;
Other issues such as anger, low self-worth, self-blame, guilt, shame, inferiority, etc.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can lead to many improvements by identifying and modifying limiting or self-destructive behaviours, beliefs and emotions.
Hypnosis can be offered to clients either in person or via a dependable internet connection.
TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises):
TRE is a fantastic tool that I teach my clients to help manage daily and past stress and trauma. It engages the body's innate ability to downregulate the stress response and turn on the parasympathetic (rest, digest, repair) system. My goal is to work with you through some sessions until you feel ready to carry on by yourself, at your own pace and in your own time. After that, I'm always here should you wish to have another session together to expand your practice.
A TRE session can be offered in person or online.
Individuals may want assistance to build their own meditation practice while group settings are ideal for workshops, training sessions and guided meditations. These cover different topics, all with the ultimate goal of raising the self-awareness of the listener.
